a Johnny's Jr show, but not singing or dancing perfomances, more like challanges for them. and not all Jrs involved like previous Jr show, only Tokyo Jr (Takki, Tsubasa, Toma, Yamapi, Jimmy Mackey), Kansai Jr (Yoko, Hina, Subaru, Ryo) and Arashi (Ohno, Sho, Aiba, Nino, Matsujun), in the capture below was when the Tokyo Jr vs Kansai Jr episode.
05. USO!?Japan
broadcasted : from April 2001, TBS
tv show hosted by Takki, Taichi of TOKIO, and Arashi with other Johnny's Jr as investigators. the show explored about unsual things like ghosts, tricks, etc.
06. The Yoru mo Hippare
a chart song show where guests singing other singer's songs, sometimes Johnny's Jr invited also incl. Yamapi, in the capture he sang Global Communication by Glay.
07. NewS Best 10
a 10 days only show hosted by NewS to promote world cup volley ball 2003, with different guests each days, and they performed a song at the end of the show.
sidenote : Yamapi is the only NEWS member who doesn't have hiw own TV show or Radio show. I think JE wants to concentrate him in dramas and music industry only T_T
Still Running
01. Shounen Club
a new form of Music Jump, broadcasting since April 2000 in NHK, Yamapi was the main host along with Toma, Hasejun, Kazapon, Jimmy Mackey and sometimes Yokoyama when the show was still only have 30 mins duration, they interviewed guests in a mini studio. And around late 2002 the show moved to NHK Hall with 1 hour duration. 4Tops were the main host. But since NEWS debuted in September 2003, he only appeared as gueststar.
02. Music Station
an hour music show that weekly broadcast in Asahi TV. During his Jr days, he regularly appeared as back dancer of the senpais or sang with other Jrs. And since NEWS debuted, he only appeared when the group released singles.
PS : when NEWS released singles, he will also appear on other music show like Hey!Hey!Hey!, Utaban, Music Fighter, AX Music, CDTV, etc.
PPS : I hope NEWS will have their own variety show soon!!!
